Cabinet 4 oz Refillable Glass Medicine Bottle Voluntary Recall
Cabinet Health is dedicated to providing sustainable, safe products and the safety of our customers is our #1 priority. In cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), we are conducting a voluntary recall of certain 4 oz. Refillable Glass Medicine Bottles because the plastic lid's closure can degrade after repeated openings, causing child-resistance to diminish, posing a risk of poisoning if the contents are swallowed by young children. This recall does not impact the medicine in the bottle. Please note there have been no reported incidents or injuries related to this issue. Step 1: How to determine if your Cabinet reusable glass medicine bottle is part of the recall
This recall involves certain Cabinet Health 4 oz. Refillable Medicine Bottles with ABS plastic lids. The bottles are made of clear glass with blue, turquoise, orange or purple plastic lids labeled “CABINET.” Bottles with the following date codes that appear on a sticker on the bottom of the bottle are part of the recall. The recalled empty 4 oz. bottles were sold via cabinethealth.com from March 2023 through July 2024..
