Each Excedrin® Migraine pill contains:
Acetaminophen, a pain reliever and fever reducer that works by blocking the production of certain chemicals in the body that cause pain and fever
Aspirin, a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) that works by reducing inflammation and swelling
Caffeine, a stimulant that helps to improve blood flow to the brain, which can help to reduce the severity of migraine headaches.
The combination of these three active ingredients in Excedrin® Migraine works to provide fast and effective relief from migraines. Acetaminophen and aspirin work together to reduce pain and inflammation, while caffeine helps to improve blood flow to the brain and increase the effectiveness of the other two ingredients.
