Each Excedrin® Migraine pill contains:
Acetaminophen, a pain reliever and fever reducer that works by blocking the production of certain chemicals in the body that cause pain and fever

How Does Excedrin® Migraine Work?
Excedrin® Migraine is available as a tablet and it's recommended to take it as soon as a migraine headache begins. The usual dose is two tablets, which contains a total of 500mg of Acetaminophen, 250mg of Aspirin and 65mg of Caffeine.
