Prescriptions - Frequently Asked Questions
Reimbursement policies differ from company to company and even between different insurance plans offered by the same company. If your plan does reimburse for purchases made outside the plan or at an out-of-network pharmacy, you will likely need to submit a claim and proof of purchase. Please check with your insurance provider for more information.
If you have an HSA/FSA/Archer fund, you may also submit a claim for reimbursement; please check with your plan for more information. You can find an itemized receipt for your order by logging into your Cabinet account portal.
Prices for any prescription will vary based on quantity, dosage, pharmacy, delivery options, and many other factors. Visit CabinetHealth.com to view all available options, along with out-of-pocket costs.
