Cabinet 4 oz Refillable Glass Medicine Bottle Recall
Cabinet Health is dedicated to providing sustainable, safe products and the safety of our customers is our #1 priority. Consistent with our mission, we are conducting a voluntary recall that affects early versions of 4 oz Cabinet Refillable Glass Medicine Bottle. On these earlier versions, the plastic lid's closure can degrade after repeated openings if sufficient downward force is not applied when removing the lid, causing the lid's child-resistance to diminish over time. This recall does not impact the medicine in the bottle—it only covers the plastic lid on the earlier versions of the Cabinet Refillable Glass Medicine Bottle.
Step 1: How to determine if your Cabinet reusable glass medicine bottle has a recalled lid
The recalled lids are blue, turquoise, orange or pink plastic labeled “CABINET” and are on 4 oz bottles with the following date codes that appear on a sticker on the bottom of the bottle. Empty 4 oz bottles purchased between March 2023 and July 2024 are also covered by the recall.
