An update on Cabinet Prescriptions
Dear customers,
After thoughtful consideration, we've made the decision to pause Cabinet Health's prescription service. This was not an easy decision, but as a growing company, we have decided to focus our efforts on expanding access to our sustainable over-the-counter products to accelerate the impact of our mission.
First, we will make sure all your medicine needs and health are handled. What that means is you'll be able to order your prescriptions through us until February 7th, 2025. You believed in our vision for a more sustainable healthcare system, and your support has been the driving force behind everything we've built. By choosing Cabinet, you helped reduce plastic waste and showed that there's a demand for change in how medications are delivered.

Though this chapter is closing, our mission to make healthcare more sustainable continues. You can still find our eco-friendly over-the-counter (OTC) products at Target and Amazon.

Next Steps/FAQs
1. Official end date for Cabinet's prescription services:
Our prescription services will officially end on February 15th, 2025. You can continue to refill your prescriptions through Cabinet until February 7th, 2025. If you place an order on February 7th or prior, it will be fulfilled and shipped to you.
2. Transfer your prescriptions:
If you have refills remaining on your prescription(s), we've made it easy to transfer your prescriptions to another pharmacy. Click below to provide your preferred pharmacy information:

The deadline to complete this form is February 10th, 2025.
3. Allow time for our team to transfer your prescriptions out:
Once we receive your details, our Pharmacy will coordinate directly with your new pharmacy to ensure a seamless transition. All transfers will be conducted between February 1st, 2025 and February 14th, 2025. If you don't provide your preferred pharmacy information by February 10th, your prescription will remain on file at our pharmacy.

4. For Members:
If you purchased an annual membership, it will be canceled as of January 31st, 2025. You'll receive a prorated refund, credited to your account, for the remaining months within 5 business days following cancellation.
If you purchased a monthly membership, it will be canceled as of January 31st, 2025.
There is no action needed on your end.
5. Update your pharmacy details with your provider:
We recommend contacting your healthcare provider to update your pharmacy on file to avoid future issues with your prescription being sent to the wrong pharmacy.
