The Poison Prevention Packaging Act requires that prescription medications come in child-resistant packaging, but allows customers to request non-child resistant packaging. Child-resistant packaging can help reduce child poisoning. If I request below that my prescriptions come in a non-child resistant pouch, I confirm that I will store the compostable medicine pouches in a place away from children.
